Return Conditions

Is It Possible to Return My Order?

Yes, you can return your order if you are not satisfied with the items purchased. You have 30 days from receipt to initiate a return, provided the order meets the following conditions:

  1. The order includes all original parts, components, and packaging as received.

  2. The product shows only normal handling; damage due to careless handling is excluded.

  3. Products where hygiene is important (e.g., personal care items) must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

  4. The product is found to be defective upon receipt.

  5. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if conditions are met, the return will be acknowledged within this period.

Note: Stornobau reserves the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own. We do not offer free returns; charges apply.

How to Initiate a Return

To return your order, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to: info@stornobau.com

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • Photos of the product (if returning due to breakage)

    • Customer’s first and last name

    • Customer’s address

  3. We will respond with the correct return address. Do not send returns to the sender’s address. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

If you are a consumer (a natural person entering a transaction for non-commercial purposes), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you or a designated third party (not the carrier) receives the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Stornobau via a clear statement (e.g., by email to info@stornobau.com) of your decision to withdraw. The withdrawal is complete once we receive the returned goods. The cost of returning goods is borne by the buyer.

Shipments in Transit

As Stornobau ships goods from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control. If goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible until you receive them. You may then return the goods following the return process above. You can inform us of your intent to cancel in advance, and to ensure the fastest return process, please provide shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, Stornobau will refund all payments received (excluding delivery costs and any additional costs from choosing a non-standard delivery method) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice and the returned goods. We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
